Shipping policy

We will be Shipping your products through Canada Post. Your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days and should typically arrive within a week from the day it was shipped.

Please be advised that this applies only to residents within Canada. In cases of residents outside Canada, shipping delays are possible but we will do our best to ensure that they arrive in a timely manner.

Shipping delays are also possible within Canada but would be determined by the type of product, weather conditions, etc. If this occurs, you can contact us at info@waxmanrecords.com and we would try our best to investigate the issue.

Tracking is also available upon request of the customer.

Damages

If items arrive damaged, we will either provide an exchange, or process a return provided that we are contacted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or an exchange, please contact info@waxmanrecords.com.
